We recommend starting step by step
There is no need to start with auto-trading right away. If you are just getting to know CryptoLogix or want to see the strategy work first, go from signals to the agent at your own pace.
Check signals on your coins, study the signal card, liquidations and scanner. See how the bot reads the market.
The first 14 days are free. Get every signal, compare it with price action, trade manually with a small size if you like. Compare with the bot’s real trades in the channel.
Once you understand how the strategy works and what to expect, connect the agent — it executes the same signals on your account 24/7.
This way you decide based on your own experience, not on promises.
What $250 a year gets you
Less than a cup of coffee a day. For this, the bot manages your account around the clock, and you get data and analytics that the market usually sells as separate subscriptions.
Indicative, based on public plans of comparable services; provider prices vary and change.
How project revenue is allocated
All monthly project revenue — annual fees (1/12 per month), Pro subscriptions and profit fees — is allocated by one formula:
- Partners — 20%: the pool is split into 100 project shares, 0.2% per share. The part of unsold shares stays in the service budget. Partner program →
- Share buyback pool — 5%
- Service budget — technical development — the remaining 75% or more: data & APIs 35%, analytics & strategies 30%, infrastructure 20%, expansion & support 15%
Paid exchange and analytics feeds: liquidations, open interest, on-chain data, news. More sources mean more accurate signals.
Research and testing on years of history: new filters, better entries and exits, new strategies.
Servers, redundancy, 24/7 monitoring and security: trades must execute without failures at any time.
New exchanges and instruments, dashboard development, personal support for every client.
Service budget percentages apply to what remains after partner payouts and the buyback pool. Dollar amounts show one annual fee under the current allocation.

Profit fee example
Every month starts with a clean slate. Past months are not carried over, neither gains nor losses: the fee is based only on the current month, measured from the balance at its start.
Numbers illustrate the calculation, not a return promise. Profit is net of exchange fees and funding.
If a month closes negative
Markets cannot be predicted in advance. Even with a strict methodology, a few losing trades in a row can close a month negative — a normal part of how any trading strategy works. That is why the pricing model puts the risk on our side.
No profit fee in a losing month — you do not pay for an unsuccessful period.
Stop Loss sits on the exchange from entry; positions use isolated margin and no leverage.
Every bot trade — winning and losing — is posted in an open channel: you see the real picture, not a selection.
A strategy should be judged over several months, not a single period. The methodology is continuously tested on history and refined — that is what the annual fee funds. All trades in the channel →
Why this pricing model
Part of our Agent revenue is 10% of monthly profit, and only when the month made 5% or more. In a weak or losing month that part is zero.
We never take funds under management. Trading happens on your Binance account via an API key without withdrawal rights.
Servers, exchange data, 24/7 monitoring and client support are needed every month regardless of the market — the fee makes funding them predictable.
The Agent plan is capped at 50 clients: this is how we guarantee stable execution and attention to every account.
Not investment advice. Crypto trading involves risk; returns are not guaranteed. How the bot works →
FAQ
How does the profit fee on the Agent plan work?
Once a month the bot calculates your account’s net monthly profit — after exchange fees and funding. If it reached 5% of the starting balance or more, the fee is 10% of that profit. If it is below 5% or the month is negative, the fee is $0. Every month starts with a clean slate: past results are not carried over, neither gains nor losses.
Do I need to send you money for trading?
No. Funds stay on your Binance account. The bot connects with a trade-only API key, without withdrawal rights.
What does the Pro trial include?
New users get Pro for 14 days free: CL-Alpha signals arrive automatically. No card or payment needed; after the trial the bot returns to the free plan unless you renew.
Where does subscription money go?
All project revenue is allocated by one formula: 20% to project partners (100 shares at 0.2% each; the part of unsold shares stays in the project), 5% to the share buyback fund, the rest to technical development of the service: data and APIs, analytics and strategies, infrastructure, expansion and support.
Why are Agent seats limited?
Each agent trades through the exchange API and needs server resources and our support. We keep the number of seats within the range where we can guarantee stable execution and support for every client.
Where should I start if I am not sure?
Start with Pro — the first 14 days are free. We recommend 1–3 months of receiving signals, comparing them with the market and with the bot’s real trades in the channel, and optionally trading manually with a small size. Connect auto-trading once you understand how the strategy works and what to expect from it.
How do I get Pro or the Agent?
Message us on Telegram — @LogixMikhail. Connecting the agent to Binance takes a few minutes: you create a trade-only API key and send it to the bot.
